Email a photo report showing each length of spouting has been cleaned
Rinse out spouting with water blaster and ensure spouting system is working as it should
Applying a bio-friendly detergent mix to all house surfaces to treat and kill all organic growth such as moss, mould algae, lichen
Vacuum and clean all indoor window tracks. Full clean of window frames using warm soapy water
Clean of all mirrors and glass splashbacks in the house

Note: For the ‘Deluxe’ service, as part of looking after the health and safety of our team, we do request that you wipe down any window and window sill surfaces that show any black mould, prior to our visit. This ensures our team members are minimally exposed to the presence of any mould spores.
