Blasting a house with a water blaster strips paint and forces water under the cladding. We don't do that.
Houses get a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning treatment that kills the mould and lifts the grime, then a rinse. Concrete, paving and decks get the commercial water blaster with a rotary surface cleaner, which leaves an even finish instead of stripes. Windows get pure water through a water-fed pole, so they dry spot-free with no soap. Same ute, same person, one visit.

What areas do you cover?
We are a mobile service across Nelson, Stoke, Richmond, Brightwater, Wakefield, Māpua, Upper Moutere, Motueka, Riwaka and Kaiteriteri. For bigger jobs we are happy to travel further, so if you are outside that list, ask.
Will a house wash damage the paint or cladding?
No. House washing is done as a soft wash: low pressure and the right cleaning treatment lift the mould, algae and grime off, so weatherboard, brick, plaster and painted surfaces come up clean without the paint being stripped. The high-pressure gear is kept for concrete, paving and other hard surfaces.
How often should a house be washed?
Most houses around Nelson and Tasman do well with a wash once a year, usually before summer or before the place goes on the market. Shaded, south-facing or coastal houses can need it more often. Several customers book the next one before Eric leaves.
Can the driveway, house and windows all be done in one visit?
Yes. The commercial water blaster, rotary surface cleaner, soft-wash system and pure water window pole all travel on the ute, so most jobs are done in a single visit by the same person.
Do you do commercial and rural properties?
Yes. Recent jobs include a church hall and playcentre, a cemetery wall and pathways, holiday rentals, and rural houses and sheds. Bigger jobs are the ones we like best.
Do you still do lawn mowing or gardening?
No. From October 2026 All Incredible is exterior cleaning only: house washing, water blasting, driveway and concrete cleaning, exterior windows and moss and mould treatments.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Incredible Property Services Ltd carries public and products liability insurance.
How do I pay?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Payment is due when the job is done.
What are your hours?
We work 7 days a week, 7am to 8pm. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we will get back to you.
